I’ve been working as a copywriter for around 20 years. Most of that time I’ve worked in house for advertising agencies including McCann Erickson and CheethamBellJWT.
I’ve also freelanced for design consultancies and direct clients, as well as specialist healthcare advertising agencies. All of which has contributed to making me an insightful, flexible, well-rounded writer of all kinds of promotional materials.
How do I work? Well I’ll simply find out what you need to say and find a clear way to say it that your audience can respond to. I enjoy imagining how things are from other people’s point of view – and that helps to find a voice for your brand.
I’m pretty good at listening. Once I’ve asked some questions, I’ll also dig in to find something true and interesting to say about your product. The result is usually creative work that gets results.
